My recent city trip was made memorable by the fantastic hotel experience I had. The stunning views of the mountains from my room made me feel right at home away from home. The amazing spa was the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the city. The staff members were very friendly and always willing to assist with any needs.
The missing covered walkway between the new and old parts of the hotel. However, this wasn't a major inconvenience as it was just a small issue.

the rooms were comfortable, and I was particularly impressed by the breathtaking views of the mountains. the spa area with two saunas and a swimming pool was superb and perfect for relaxation. the staff were very nice and attentive to details, making the experience even more enjoyable. Lastly, the breakfast spread was rich, diverse, and filling, giving me the energy I needed for the day.
The outdoor corridor between the new and old parts of the hotel could use a little work to make it more comfortable during inclement weather.

I had an amazing stay with stunning views from the room. The hotel staff was friendly and welcoming. The spa area was fantastic with great sauna options, and the swimming pool was cozy. The breakfast was tasty and satisfying.

This hotel is absolutely stunning! the views from the rooms are breathtaking and the staff is incredibly kind and accommodating. the spa area is top-notch, with not one but two saunas and a cozy swimming pool. the dinners were the highlight of our stay - the food was rich and delicious and there was so much of it! the best part? the family atmosphere that made us feel so welcome. We cannot wait to come back and experience it again.
This wasn't a major problem, but it would have been nice to have some shelter from the elements.
